EULA - End User License Agreement

License Agreement
1. Subject of Agreement

The subject(s) of this agreement are the Chelsfield hardware and or software products, including
firmware, the operating manuals, online help files and all other accompanying material. It may be
referred to henceforth as "software", "the software" or "the Chelsfield software", or "the program"
or just "program"

By installing or running any Chelsfield Solutions Limited software on your computer you Agree that: -
2. Grant of License

Notwithstanding specific provisions for the re-distribution of named software components, Chelsfield
grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to install and use one copy of
the software.

This license is for a single person and not for an entire company. If additional people wish to use the
program, additional copies must be licensed though the official Chelsfield Registration System.
(Corporate multi-user Licenses may also be available)

In case the software is installed on an UNREGISTERED fixed period trial basis, then this License to use
the software will expire after the trial period, if the software has not been registered as at the end of
the trial date.

In case the software installed is UNREGISTERED but not on a fixed period trial basis, then this License
to use the software will continue but without any liability, warranty or support of any kind.

3. Copyright

The Program Copyright is the property of Chelsfield. Chelsfield reserves all rights to the publishing,
duplication, processing and utilisation of its software. A single copy may be made exclusively for
security and archiving purposes, without the express written permission of Chelsfield, but you
must not:

- alter, translate, decompile, or attempt to disassemble the Program;

- copy or transmit program documentation in electronic, printed, verbal or other form;

- lend, hire-out or lease the software.
4. Transfer of License

A permanent transference of the program is only permitted when the Licensee retains no copies,
(including allowed distributable components), the recipient declares his acceptance of the conditions
of this agreement and the program and its documentation is transferred in full. (Please note that
because of our registration system, some Chelsfield Programs are not able to be transferred).
5. Warranty

Chelsfield Solutions and/or its agents disclaims any warranty of any kind for the use or operation
of its software, or any other software it sells or otherwise licenses.

The software and any related documentation is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either
express or implied, including, without limitation, any implied warranties or fitness for a particular purpose.
6. Liability

THE ENTIRE RISK ARISING OUT OF ANY ASPECT OF THE SOFTWARE REGARDING ITS USE,
INSTALLATION, OPERATION OR APPLICATION REMAINS WITH YOU.

In no event shall Chelsfield Solutions and/or any of its agents be made liable for any injury, loss or
damages whatsoever including, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of
information, or any other pecuniary loss arising out of the use of, or inability to use, the software.
Chelsfield shall not be liable unless expressly provided for and to the extent of meeting its
obligations under English Law.
